 4   decision in Callahan v. Ancestry.com, No. 20-cv-08437-LB (N.D. Cal. Jun. 15, 2021), addressing

 5   immunity under the Communications Decency Act, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A.

 6   This decision bears on Thomson Reuters’ pending Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike. See

 7   Dkt. 28.
