 1                                          ORDER
 2         Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion to File Documents Under Seal re:
 3 Plaintiffs’ Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order, the motion is
 4 GRANTED. Plaintiffs have shown good cause to file these documents under seal. See
 5 Kamakana v. City & Cnty. of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172, 1180 (9th Cir. 2006).
 6         The Court will maintain the following materials under seal:
 7            • Exhibits 1-39, 42-48, and 55-65 attached to the Declaration of Brian Danitz
 8               in support of Plaintiffs’ Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Protective
