  19         Having considered the parties’ Joint Motion to Stay Time to Respond to the
  20   Complaint, (21md2992 Dkt. No. 11), the Court finds good cause to grant the parties’
  21   request to stay Defendant’s time to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff Brian
  22   Wiggins’ Class Action Complaint in Case No. 21-cv-1084-LAB until after the Court
  23   issues a scheduling order or otherwise sets a deadline for Defendant’s response in the
  24   multidistrict litigation, In re Bank of America California Unemployment Benefits
  25   Litig., MDL No. 2992.
  26         The Clerk is directed to add the Joint Motion to the docket for Case No. 21-
  27   cv-1084. This Order should be filed in the docket for both Case Nos. 21-md-2992
  28   and 21-cv-1084. Absent the Court’s further order, any future filing relating to a

   1   particular action should be filed in the MDL docket and the docket for the particular
   2   action that the filing relates to.
