The parties hereby stipulate and agree, and request that the Court order that the 
sentencing hearing presently set for 9:30 a.m. on October 7, 2022, be continued to 
10:30 a.m. on November 18, 2022. 
 
This stipulation is made at the request of defense on the grounds that Bernard 
Turk’s spouse presently is hospitalized, and defense counsel is continuing to await a 
forensic evaluation of Mr. Turk.
