UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING 
 
 
Artur Ayvazyan, by and through counsel, Jennifer J. Wirsching and 
Thomas A. Mesereau Jr., move the Court to continue the date of sentencing for 
Artur Ayvazyan from October 4, 2021 to October 18, 2021. October 18, 2021 is 
the date Tamara Dadyan, Artur Ayvazyan’s wife, is to be sentenced. Artur 
Ayvazyan has not previously requested a continuance of the sentencing date.

Sentencing was originally set for September 13, 2021. The Court later 
moved the sentencing to October 4, 2021 apparently in response to an oral 
motion for continuance by counsel for Richard Ayvazyan and Marietta 
Terabelian. Counsel Jennifer J. Wirsching has a personal conflict with the 
currently set date of October 4, 2021. Counsel Wirsching advised the 
Government of the conflict and of the intent to move to continue the sentencing 
to October 18, 2021. AUSA Catherine Ahn advised counsel that she and her co-
counsel do not oppose a continuance of the sentencing date for Artur Ayvazyan 
to October 18, 2021. 
 
 
For these reasons, Defendant Artur Ayvazyan moves the Court to continue 
his sentencing hearing to October 18, 2021.
