 Defendant Arman Hayrapetyan (hereinafter “Defendant”) by and through his counsel of 
record, Jilbert Tahmazian, move this Court to continue the date of sentencing for Arman 
Hayrapetyan from September 20th, 2021 to October 11th, 2021. Defendant Hayrapetyan has not 
previously requested a continuance of the sentencing date.

Sentencing was originally set for September 20th, 2021.Counsel Jilbert Tahmazian has 
had a recent death in the family and must attend a funeral on September 20th, 2021. Counsel 
Tahmazian advised the Government of the conflict and of this motion to continue the sentencing 
to October 11th, 2021. AUSA Christopher Fenton advised that he and his co-counsel do not 
oppose a continuance of the sentencing date for Arman Hayrapetyan to October 11th, 2021. 
For these reasons, Defendant Arman Hayrapetyan moves the Court to continue his 
sentencing hearing to October 11th, 2021.
