ANDRE LORQUET Defendant. _____________________________/ ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW HIS MOTION TO WITHDRAW HIS GUILTY PLEA THIS CAUSE came before this Court on the Defendant’s motion to withdraw his motion to withdraw guilty plea, which is filed at ECF 55 [ECF…..], is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the motion is GRANTED. The Defendant, Andre Lorquet’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea (ECF 55) is hereby withdrawn. The Court shall schedule this matter for sentencing by separate order.
