MOTION TO UNSEAL COMPLAINT
 
The United States of America, by its attorneys, Erek L. Barron, United States Attorney 
for the District of Maryland, and Paul A. Riley and Abigail Ticse, Assistant United States 
Attorneys for said District, moves this Honorable Court to order and direct that the Complaint 
and docket in the above-referenced matter be unsealed, as the Defendant is now in federal 
custody and there is no longer a serious risk that after learning of the Complaint the Defendant 
will flee or destroy evidence.   
 
Accordingly, the United States of America requests that the Court enter the enclosed 
proposed Order unsealing the Complaint and docket in this matter.
