ADIANA PIERRE’S EMERGENCY MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF DATE TO SELF-
SURRENDER TO BUREAU OF PRISONS 
Now comes Adiana Pierre, who respectfully requests the Court enter an order extending 
her self-report date to the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”), from August 7, 2024 to August 14, 2024.   
As grounds therefor, due to Tropical Storm Debby, Ms. Pierre’s flight arrangements to 
travel to the designated BOP facility in Kentucky, are now in jeopardy of cancellation.  Ms. 
Pierre has notified her Probation Officer of the situation.  Counsel has conferred with Assistant 
U.S. Attorney, David Holcomb, who assents to this motion.  
Accordingly, Ms. Pierre respectfully requests that the Court grant the requested relief.
