IN COURT:
MINUTE TEXT: The Court held a Sentencing Hearing on 5/9/2022. There were objections
to PSR by the Defendant. Defendant objected to a four-level enhancement
to sentence pursuant to 3B1.1(a) of the sentencing guidelines. Defendant's
objection was overruled. PSR was adopted by the Court to include four-
level enhancement, to which no further objections were raised. The Court
presented guideline calculations and sentencing options. Defense counsel
spoke on Defendant's behalf. Defendant spoke on his behalf. The Court
advised Defendant of his right of allocution. The sentence was
pronounced. See J&C for details. The 3553 factors and appeal rights were
given by the Court. Defendant remanded to custody of USMS. Hearing
concluded.
