             DEFEND ANT'S PRO SE MOTIO N TO MODIFY
                        PROBAT ION CONDITIONS


COMES NOW the Defendan t,pro se and moves this Court to Modify the
Defendan t's Probation, and in support ofthis motion states:
  1. Defenda ntwaspla cedonpro bationon January 12, 2022.
  2. Defendan t was placed on pretrial detention on July 19, 2021.
  3. ~uring
      ,.      both periods of supervision there were no violation papers filed.
  4. Defendan t has dutifully paidhis restitution payments and monitoring fees in
     a timely manner as required by the Court's order
  5. I am requestin g the Court to modify supervision in this case for the
     following reasons: to allow the defendant to spend more time with family
     and resume volunteer activities both in the education al field and in the
     religious setting. Also, to allow for the defendan t to obtain part time
     employm ent that would require use of social media.
  6. The modifications requested are as follows:
         a. Removal of time/ location restrictions while on monitore d supervision
            to be replaced with a Curfew only restriction, times to be determined
            by Probatio n Officer.

         b. Allow defendant to access social media for employment purposes.
   7. The assigned probation officer does not object to modification of
      sup erv1s1on
