 Court calls case. Counsel enter appearances.

 Ms. Waid notes that they just received discovery last Wednesday. Defense has filed
 a motion to dismiss the Indictment, also requesting oral argument. A response from
 USA is due next Wednesday. Ms. Waid advises the court that they would be ready
 to go to trial in December 2020 and would request a one-cycle continuance. Mr.
 Reichling comments and notes that he does not believe that an oral argument will
 be necessary. USA does not object to a one or two cycle continuance.

 Court will reserve ruling on the motion to dismiss as well as the request for oral
 argument. The Court grants the continuance and sets the trial for the December 1,
 2020 trial term. The Court finds that the ends of justice served by granting such a
 continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy
 trial. The Court, therefore, determines that the time from today until the end of the
 December 2020 trial term shall be "excludable time" pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h). A
 status conference is scheduled for November 9, 2020 at 1:30 PM via zoom video
 conference.
