  Start Time: 8:59 AM           Court convenes.

  Present are: AUSA Trent Reichling and AUSA Michael Leeman on behalf of the government at
  plaintiff’s table along with Secret Service Agent Brian Kirby; Atty. Nicole Waid, Atty. Brian
  Dickerson, assistant Julie Bryan on behalf of the defendant, along with defendant, at the defense
  table.

  The Court discusses various matters with counsel.

  Court denies Defendant’s Rule29(a) Motion for Judgment of Acquittal filed on March 25, 2021,
  at Doc #123.

  9:04 am Jury escorted into courtroom.

  The Court provides various instructions to the Jury.

  9:06 am – 9:50 am AUSA Reichling presents government’s closing argument.

  9:51 am – 10:46 am Attorney Dickerson presents defendant’s closing argument.

  10:46 am – 10:56 am AUSA Leeman presents government’s rebuttal argument.

  10:57 am – 11:26 am The Court delivers final Jury Instructions to the panel.

  11:26 am Jury escorted out of courtroom to begin deliberations. Court orders lunch be provided
  for the Jury.

  11:30 am Court in recess.

  1:10 pm Advised verdict has been reached, counsel contacted and advised to return to court.

  1:30 pm Court reconvenes.

  1:31 pm Jury escorted into courtroom.

  A guilty verdict is returned on all Counts. The Jury is polled by the Court and affirms the
  verdicts.

  1:34 pm Jury is excused, and panel members are released from service.

  The Court adjudicates the defendant guilty of Court One as to both alternatives, Count Two,
  Count Three, and Count Four of the second superseding petition. Court orders a presentence
  report to be prepared. Sentencing to be set by separate notice.

  Defendant released on all prior terms and conditions.

  Court is in recess, all parties excused.
