                   Parties presented closing arguments. Jurors charged, alternates dismissed
                   and jurors dismissed from courtroom. Defendant Foster moved for the Court
                   to find a constructive amendment or material variance on the basis of
                   government’s closing statement regarding a sole conspiracy. After hearing
                   from both sides, the Court denied the motion. Jurors’ request to begin
                   deliberations prior to receiving documents was granted with the consent of all
                   parties. After two hours, the Court reconvened to check on the status of the
                   exhibits. The Court then released the jurors until 9:00 AM on February 15,
                   2024, to resume deliberations once the evidence is ready.
HEARING STATUS:    Hearing not concluded. Jurors excused under the usual caution of the Court.
TRIAL STATUS:      Evidence Entered, Continued
EXHIBIT STATUS:    Exhibits retained by the Court to be forwarded to the Clerk's Office.
