ON:
MINUTE TEXT: The Court heard argument from counsel on the outstanding objections to
guideline calculations. The Court denied Defendant's request for minor
role adjustment and granted the Government's request for the obstruction
of justice enhancement. Defendant's exhibits 1 and 3 were admitted
without objection. The PSR was adopted by the Court to which no other
objections had been raised. Character witnesses Angela Dixon, Arlisher
Jones Swan, Tammi Moore and Venita McCollum addressed the Court.
The Court presented guideline calculations and sentencing options.
Counsel made arguments regarding a reasonable sentence. Defendant gave
a statement. 18 U.S.C. Section 3553(a) factors given. The Court varied
downward and sentenced Defendant to 36 MONTHS CUSTODY and 2
YEARS of Supervised Release as to Counts 46 and 47 of the Second
Superseding Indictment, $200 special assessment, fine waived,
$335,238.22 in restitution owed jointly and severally, and forfeiture for
money judgment in the amount of $39,700. There were no objections to

the sentence. Appeal rights given. Defendant will remain under all
previously imposed conditions of release until her surrender date, which
shall occur no earlier than September 16, 2024.
