17         On August 20, 2024, the parties contacted the Court requesting a formal briefing
18   schedule to address a dispute regarding depositions of Individual Plaintiffs. Upon
19   consideration of the parties’ requests, the Court SETS the following simultaneous
20   briefing schedule:
21         1.     Each party is ORDERED to file an opening brief of no more than five pages
22   by the close of business on September 3, 2024. The brief shall contain no more than ten
23   pages of exhibits.
24         2.     Each party may, but is not required to, file a responsive brief of no more
25   than two pages by the close of business on September 6, 2024. Any brief shall contain
26   no more than five pages of exhibits.
27         3.     No replies will be accepted.
