16 After receiving informal letter briefs from the parties, the Court held a Zoom
17 Discovery Conference on January 3, 2024, to address the parties’ dispute regarding
18 additional ESI custodians. (See ECF No. 199.) On January 10, 2024, the parties
19 contacted the Court to request a formal briefing schedule. Pursuant to the parties’ joint
20 request for simultaneous briefing, the Court ORDERS as follows:
21 1. Each party is ORDERED to file an opening brief of no more than seven
22 pages by the close of business on January 23, 2024.
23 2. Each party is ORDERED to file an opposition brief of no more than three
24 pages by the close of business on January 30, 2024.
