THIS MATTER, coming on for consideration by the Court pursuant to the Motion to Amend Scheduling Order filed by Plaintiff BERINGER COMMERCE, INC. d/b/a BLUE ACORN iCi, (“Blue Acorn iC1’), and the Court having determined that the Motion is supported by good cause, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Motion is GRANTED, and the following deadlines now apply: 1. The deadline to complete fact discovery is July 18, 2022. 2. The deadline for Plaintiff’s expert disclosures is August 10, 2022. 3. The deadline for Defendants’ expert disclosures is August 30, 2022. 4. The deadline to complete depositions of experts is September 29, 2022. 5.
