NOW COMES the Plaintiff BERINGER COMMERCE, INC., d/b/a BLUE ACORN iCi
(“Blue Acorn iCi”), by and through the undersigned counsel and pursuant to Local Civil Rule
5.2(c), and files this Notice of Substitution of Counsel to inform the Court that attorney J. Ryan
Gray of Michael Best and Friedrich LLP will hereafter serve as counsel for Blue Acorn iCi.
Beth A. Stanfield, Thomas S. Babel, and Laura K. Greene of Forrest Firm, P.C. hereby
withdraw as counsel of record and are substituted by J. Ryan Gray, who is aware of and will
comply with all pending deadlines in this matter, including all dates listed in the Court’s
Scheduling Order issued on August 26, 2021 [DE-57] and, if granted, the dates set forth in
Plaintiff’s Motion to Amend Scheduling Order [DE-62] or as otherwise ordered by this Court.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned asks that the Court remove Beth A. Stanfield, Thomas S.
Babel, and Laura K. Greene as counsel of record for Blue Acorn iCi and substitute J. Ryan Gray
as counsel for Blue Acorn iCi. This Notice of Substitution of Counsel is being contemporaneously
served on all parties.
