Defendants James Flores, Stephanie Hockridge Reis, and Nathan Reis
(“Defendants”) moved this Court for an extension of time within which they may answer
or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint pursuant to Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure. The Court finds that there is good cause for Defendants’ Motion and
that Plaintiff consents to the extension, and therefore the Motion should be granted.
IT IS NOW ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion for Extension of Time to Answer
or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint is GRANTED, and Defendants James
Flores, Stephanie Hockridge Reis, and Nathan Reis have up to and including July 30,
2021 within which to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint.
