Hey Kevin this is calling. I don’t know if you remember I am with a Candle Company here in
Atlanta GA. We had worked together back in early 2012 I guess, ah, and I just wanted to give you a
heads up. Umm, I don’t know the situation is with your company, but as I understand it, ah, you guys
may be filing a lawsuit against Blue Acorn company processing PPP loans and I just wanted to let you
know that I was one of those people who originally decided to go with Blue Acorn because I thought
that it was the same company. I thought that you guys had decided for whatever reason to do the PPP
processing. I didn’t exactly know why but I thought maybe you guys had decided to get into that busines
and I feel comfortable with you and your company so that is why I decided to apply to the PPP company.
It has been a complete disaster, so umm, in case I can provide or help in any way, if you guys do have a
lawsuit against them, I am here for you and I can give you information and I am a victim unfortunately of
that mix-up as far as the name. I mean their name and their logo and everything else, it just very much
looked like you guys and I thought that was who I was dealing with when I originally went with them.
