So on June 4th sadly my bank like so many others rejected my SBA Approved PPP deposit. I notified
you guys with a Trace ID number.
It’s been 10 days and zero communication except these terrible email templates some customer
support manager who has probably already jumped ship has put together with a cool casual voice
being fired off without reading the nature of the inquiries coming in.
Just pathetic. prestamos is trying to cover your ass communicating what they can publicly through
Facebook and yet I thought you were the loan servicer, isn’t that your job too?
We’re measured by our worst, not our best. That’s how the big leagues go, adjust accordingly unless
you plan on packing your bags. This embarrassment will follow you if you continue to let it degrade.

This has nothing to do with my question at all and I’m shocked you are that blind that you would
send me this template. I’m sending this to CEO Chris Guerra and the board of executives.
Answer my question in any form if you are a human.

Thanks for reaching out!
Currently (and we are hoping this changes soon!), the systems are running behind their
projected schedule due to an overwhelming response in this round.
We're seeing most people are being funded up to 7-10 business days after signing your
DocuSign agreement for funds to transfer into your account.
If you still need more assistance please respond to this thread and we will be happy to
assist you.
