Womply PPP fees by lender and loan round: public aggregate (Pandemic Darlings, 2026-09-27)

File: womply-fees-by-lender-and-round.csv. One row per lender x cohort x round (first draw 2021, second draw 2021, all 2021),
plus payer-only rows for TMC Financing and the referral-only partners. It contains no loan numbers and no borrower data.

How the columns are built:
- loans, principal_usd, sba_processing_fees_statutory_usd: the SBA loan-level file (release of Sept. 30, 2024) with the
  statutory fee schedule applied (85 FR 20811; 86 FR 3692; 86 FR 3712). This is what the schedule gives, not proof that the SBA
  paid.
- womply_fees_contract_reading_usd: the published contract terms applied loan by loan. Blank where no contract is public:
  Lendistry, DreamSpring, Sunshine State, and Fountainhead loans before Feb. 9, 2021.
- womply_fees_adjudicated_reading_usd: Benworth only, the arbitrator's 70% reading.
- womply_collected_to_2022_04_14_usd: Womply's own per-payer table (Apr. 14, 2022). Given at payer level on the "all 2021" rows
  only, because no record splits it by round.
- documented_*: the counts and amounts stated in court records.

Cohort codes:
- HV-FL: Harvest, <= $50k, Mar. 1, 2021 on.
- HV-PRE / HV-GT50: other Harvest 2021 loans, referral fee only if referred.
- BW-WIN / FH-WIN / CP-WIN / DS-WIN / SS-WIN: the lender's loans inside Womply's stated partnership window.
- LD-HV: Lendistry-originated, Harvest-serviced.
- LD-OWN: Lendistry-serviced.
- FH-PRE: Fountainhead, Jan. 13 to Feb. 8, 2021.
